Refund policy

We know that your purchase from us may be a gift, or not needed until a later date. So we offer a generous 60-day return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Free Returns - Defective and Damaged Items

The item you purchase from us should be fit for purpose. Please inspect the item once received for any damage or faults.

Should your item be defective or damaged, we will provide a free return for a replacement item.

Paid Returns - Change of Mind

Should you change your mind about a purchase from our store, you have 60 days to initiate a return for a refund. 

Please contact us at customersupport@seasonalpets.com.au to inform us of your return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You can ship your return to us directly, or we can provide you with a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund ($10.99 AUD/$11.99 NZD). 

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If it has been returned in a suitable condition you will be refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days.

Change of mind refunds will comprise of the item price minus a deduction should you use our return label. Original shipping will not be refunded.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customersupport@seasonalpets.com.au.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
